Have you heard of BzzAgent yet? BzzAgent is a fun marketing company that works with both big brand names and consumers to help spread the word about new products. BzzCampaigns are held regularly in which users get the chance to try out full sized products absolutely free!
Test products include food and drink, beauty products and I’ve even seen clothing over there. Users are not required to do anything once they receive in the post, but doing nothing will limit your chances of receiving further invites in the future. Each user has a BzzScore based on their participation in the campaign. The more you spread the word about your experience with a product, the more chance you will have of receiving invites to future campaigns. So, what about my experience?
Around a 3 weeks ago I read about BzzAgent on my Facebook news feed. I joined up straight away and began filling out my account and within days I received my first BzzCampaign email invite to try out a new TRESemmé hair product, TRESemmé Platinum Strength Monodose. I have fine, flyaway hair that is prone to frizzing up due years of rough blow drying. The fact I haven’t had it cut for six months doesn’t help either. So I quickly signed up and waited.
On Saturday I received my first BzzKit. Inside there were 3 tubes of TRESemmé Platinum Strength Monodose, five £1 vouchers to spend on the range in Tesco (1 per transaction) and an info leaflet. This product claims to visibly repair up to 2 years of damage in just 5 uses when used with the shampoo and conditioner vs non-conditioning shampoo. Wow! So I’ve decided to buy the shampoo and conditioner before I try this product to really see and feel the benefits.
Well, Monodose really has it’s work cut out for it on my bushy split ends. I normally tame them by straightening with a heat protection creme and following up with a light weight leave in conditioner which works well at improving appearance, but I would prefer to not have to straighten my ends. As you can see in the pic below, when I don’t straighten them they frizz up. Here is photo of my naturally dried hair, no straightening, freshly washed and conditioned with my regular brand.
