Nourkrin Woman Final Update

Before delving in to my final update be sure to check out parts one and two of my Nourkrin journey.

I’ve been trailing Nourkrin Woman for the past 5 months to find out if the hair growth supplement can help those of us suffering from PCOS related hair loss. The time has come to find out how I got on!

As much as I’d love to tell you I’ve sprouted an Adele-sized bouffant (that girl has some serious volume!), in reality there hasn’t been any noticeable change to the thickness of my hair since my last update. I’m still experiencing better condition overall (remember how I told you that the individual strands were feeling thicker?), faster hair-growth and super-strong nails (seriously, I keep stabbing myself with them. Ouch!) but those new hairs are still nowhere to be seen. However, I still have another month of Nourkrin Woman left, and as mentioned in an earlier post the website and instructions advise that re-growth should start to peak after 6 months of usage, so if I notice any difference in the next month or so I’ll be sure to update you guys.

Am I disheartened with the results? Not at all! I’m happy with the changes I have experienced so far. PCOS is such a complicated condition that it’s not going to work for everyone. I’ve read through PCOS message boards for reviews of Nourkrin Woman and opinions are as varied as the treatments for PCOS itself. My next step is to work on lightening my hair to make my scalp less visible and to hide those wiry grey’s!

Thanks to everyone who followed my Nourkrin Woman journey. Have you ever tried Nourkrin or maybe you have some tips for women with PCOS related hairloss? If so leave your comments below.

Great to hear that you’re loving the results of this product, even if it’s not necessarily all the ones you wanted. I always think it must be awful to start losing your hair, so hopefully this will give you a bit of a confidence boost. xx

    • Thanks Samantha, it can be a pain but at least there are plenty of options out there. I think the key is to embrace the change and not stress over it too much 🙂

  • Good luck with your journey. I hope it works. I am rather envious of the super strong nails though – mine are always in a terrible state.

    • You should definitely try a hair and nails supplement, Choclette!

  • I’m so glad your are doing better and finding this working.x

    • Thanks Sisley. Some change is better than no change! 🙂

I am glad you are seeing some form of results, I am curious to see how things will be in the 6th month.

Wow!! I am having the same issues. I was diagnosed with PCOS this past august. Thanks for posting about your journey!

    • Thanks for reading, Audrey. Sorry to hear about your diagnosis. How are you finding life with PCOS so far?

Glad you are liking the product somewhat. A lot of women deal with thinning hair but no one seems to talk about it. Thanks for sharing.

I am taking a supplement to strengthen my thin (and thinning in some areas) hair and my nails are growing so fast too! I am glad to hear you are seeing some results with this product 🙂
